Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead field teams on complex projects across South Carolina. This role directs the project crew to meet schedules, uphold quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and to advance the company's mission as a trusted industry partner.

You will manage crews, coordinate with trades, and ensure installations comply with the National Building Code and local codes.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in field supervision on large construction projects.
• Active HVAC or Plumbing license required.
• Strong knowledge of National Building Code and safety standards.
• Proficient computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train field team to meet schedules and quality.
• Plan and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Maintain relationships with customers and inspectors.
• Coordinate with trades and GC to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure installations meet code and safety standards.
• Manage materials and personnel to meet schedules.
• Uphold Power Design’s standards.
