Delta Constructors is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to lead the Mechanical team in Watford City, North Dakota. In this full-time role, you will ensure all work meets specifications and safety regulations while managing project timelines effectively.

The ideal candidate will manage construction activities and workforce productivity, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. A strong background in oil & gas or energy industries and supervisory experience is required for this

Qualifications

• Three years supervisory experience required.
• Eight to ten years’ experience in oil & gas or energy industries preferred.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe execution of construction activities.
• Manage teams during the execution phase.
• Interface with QA/QC personnel to address quality issues.
• Control scope changes and document them properly.
