Job summary

A leading AEC firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent II/III to oversee mechanical construction activities. You will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure installation quality, and manage project timelines in accordance with safety and quality protocols. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in mechanical construction, preferably within the Life Sciences or Food & Beverage sectors. This is a full-time role requiring effective leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• Experience in Life Science, Food & Beverage, or Data Center.
• QA/QC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing look-ahead schedules and manpower forecasts.
• Coordinate daily activities with other trades.
• Conduct daily mechanical installation checks.

Skills

Mechanical construction experience

Supervising mechanical subcontractors

Familiarity with HVAC systems
