Job summary

A leading AEC firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent II/III to oversee electrical construction activities in life sciences and food & beverage projects. The role requires 5-10+ years of electrical construction field experience, as well as knowledge of regulatory standards and QA/QC procedures. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring installation quality, and maintaining project safety. This position offers competitive benefits and a diverse working environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of electrical construction field experience.
• QA/QC experience preferred for testing and inspections.
• Experience in Life Science or Data Center environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing short-interval schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
• Perform daily quality walks to verify electrical installations.
• Lead daily safety checks with field electricians and subcontractors.

Skills

Electrical construction field experience

Experience in Life Science, Food & Beverage environments

QA/QC experience

Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E

Supervising electrical subcontractors

Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam

OSHA 30 certification
