Qualifications

• Experience in managing site logistics and contract operations on urban sites.
• Strong understanding of project documentation, blueprints, revisions and specs.
• Ability to multitask and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership to supervise field teams and coordinate with PMs and subs.
• Occupational safety awareness with OSHA 30 certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction on site in accordance with contract docs and codes.
• Document delays, work-arounds, shutdowns and tie-ins with PMs.
• Lead, resolve disputes and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure quality control for MSS scope and schedule.
• Attend inspections and manage MSS tool tracking and reporting.
• Forecast labor and equipment and organize field staff for timely completion.
• Read blueprints and installation manuals; liaise with client reps.
• Conduct safety talks and perform performance reviews.
