Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation in Syracuse, NY seeks a Mechanical Process Design Lead to drive design for groundwater and wastewater projects, collaborating with PMs and consultants on engineering deliverables.

You will develop P&IDs, 3D models, equipment layouts, and technical specs, with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Revit MEP experience preferred. PE licensure is required; commissioning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years in wastewater treatment design.
• Or Associate's degree with 20+ years in wastewater treatment design.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead process mechanical design for large groundwater and wastewater projects.
• Develop 3D models, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping isometrics.
• Serve as a mechanical/process lead on multidisciplinary projects; commissioning experience a plus.
