Job summary

PSM Hanwha Group in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to lead development and deployment of combustor system upgrades. You will guide a technical team, ensure structural and lifing analyses are robust, and mentor junior engineers while delivering on program milestones.

Responsibilities include advanced FE analyses, life predictions, and integration of thermal, mechanical, and vibratory results across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Civil Eng.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required
• Experience with EHS regulatory training as described by company

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical solutions to verify mechanical configurations on combustion equipment.
• Link thermal, mechanical and vibratory FE solutions to life calculations (LCF, TMF, HCF).
• Develop life algorithms for LCF, HCF, TMF predictions.
• Lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Support field validation and installation of systems.
• Oversee design system adherence, documentation, and reviews.
• Travel up to 20% for fieldwork.
