Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Lead, Integration & Test Engineer to own the integration, testing, and operational adoption of complex communications systems. You will configure hardware and software platforms and translate updates into hands-on user training.

Collaborating with design teams, customers, and cross-functional partners, you will ensure mission-ready systems and clear technical communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7+ years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software for testing across platforms.
• Develop and lead training sessions for users.
• Configure and integrate hardware to roll out upgrades and enhance capabilities.
• Own hardware configuration and train others to use it.
• Support daily training system operations to maintain smooth runs.
• Lead training classes from start to finish to ensure confidence and capability.
• Travel to support training and system integration at other locations.
