Job summary

Skilled Trades Partners in New Hampshire is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead field crews on water and wastewater construction projects. You will supervise crews, read blueprints and P&IDs, coordinate daily field operations, and ensure safety and quality on-site across NH and Southern Maine.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years of mechanical construction with supervisory responsibility, along with a valid driver's license, OSHA 10, and strong knowledge of process piping systems and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Direct experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
• Strong background in process piping systems and mechanical equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating field operations.
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Welding, rigging, pipefitting, or equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mechanical crews on active construction sites
• Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, equipment, and materials
• Oversee installation of process piping systems, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and specifications
• Maintain job site safety, production goals, and quality standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Assist with scheduling, field documentation, and project progress tracking
• Mentor and develop field personnel while leading by example
