Qualifications

• Requires a BSME (MSME preferred) and at least 6 years of mechanical design experience, specifically in electronics packaging.
• Proficiency in CAD tools like Creo or SolidWorks and knowledge of defense-related standards (MIL-STD) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design of ruggedized electronic packaging from concept through prototype and full production.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to develop detailed specifications, test plans, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
