Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. seeks a senior mechanical/MECE engineer to design and analyze complex electro-mechanical systems for DOE and commercial nuclear applications. You will lead small teams, coordinate with program managers, and ensure manufacturability of designs using SolidWorks and FEA tools.

The role requires expertise in GD&T, thermal, stress, and structural analyses, plus experience with Adams dynamics. Domestic travel and security clearance may be involved.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; professional licensure is a plus.
• Strong analytical and design verification skills with DFM experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks, ANSYS and multibody dynamics tools is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical/field analyses, develop manufacturable designs and validate requirements.
• Create 3D models and shop drawings; apply GD&T to designs.
• Perform FEA (ANSYS) and multibody dynamics (Adams) analyses.
• Coordinate with program managers and lead engineers; supervise junior staff when needed.
• Prepare design basis documents, system descriptions, and procurement specs.
