Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a Lead Mechanical Product Engineer in Raleigh, NC, to lead the design and development of mechanical components for air and liquid filtration systems. This role involves overseeing product design from conceptualization to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, manufacturable products.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of hands-on design experience, and proficiency in modern CAD tools such as NX, Creo, or CATIA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
• Demonstrated ownership of product development from concept through production release.
• Experience creating and releasing engineering drawings and managing engineering change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of air/liquid filtration products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product feasibility.
• Coordinate CAE activities for product design validation.
