Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
• 5+ years of directly relevant education and engineering or scientific experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PA PRTs end‑to‑end scope and deliverables; negotiate requirements, establish baselines, and manage risk.
• Lead PRT meetings: set agendas, drive consensus, record decisions and actions.
• Own the PA PRTs cost, schedule, resources; maintain a resource‑loaded schedule and coordinate with PPVS.
• Mentor and develop PRT members to build high‑performance teams.
• Participate in Design Reviews, TRL/MRL evaluations, and lessons‑learned sessions.
