Job summary

Element Six is seeking a lead mechanical engineer to optimize mechanical systems in large-scale commercial campuses. The role focuses on analyzing performance, identifying inefficiencies, and driving reliability improvements across central-plant infrastructure.

You will develop strategic upgrade plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams, leveraging experience in commercial HVAC, BAS/BMS, and building performance to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5–15 years of mechanical engineering experience with a focus on commercial HVAC and central plants.
  • PE license is helpful but not strictly required for the role.
  • Experience with performance analysis and infrastructure upgrade planning.
