Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline or the equivalent in appropriate education and experience as determined by management.
• Proficient with CAD software (Design & Manufacturing disciplines).
• Basic understanding of common manufacturing processes.
• Good oral and written skills.
• Ability to deal with internal and external customers tactfully and in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and analyze solutions to meet requirements.
• Lead projects or portions of projects.
• Provide training to engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Produce engineering drawings, data files, or reports.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and sales to ensure producibility and cost targets.
• Record daily activities and report progress.
