You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes mentoring, client relations, and advancing projects from concept through construction while ensuring quality and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing is required.
• 7+ years of MEP building design experience.
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of complex building projects from planning through construction.
• Prepare calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents.
• Design HVAC and mechanical systems per codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams throughout delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical work.
• Support proposals and business development efforts.
