Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in building systems/MEP consulting.
• Experience leading complex building projects and PM oversight.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex mechanical building systems projects from planning through construction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Review designs, calculations, specs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Support proposals, presentations, and business development.
