Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in complex hardware development.
• Experience supporting hardware through concept, design, test, and production.
• Ability to lead technical execution across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex mechanical engineering issues.
• Provide technical direction during design and program reviews.
• Drive sound engineering decisions across mechanical architecture.

Skills

Strong fundamentals in mechanical design

Proficiency with 3D CAD tools

Experience supporting hardware through all phases

Ability to communicate clearly

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Education
