Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Lead Mechanical Engineer will oversee the design and development of mechanical systems, focusing on powertrain components and motors. This role involves leading a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality design practices, and driving innovation in mechanical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of powertrain systems.
• Conduct advanced simulations and analyses using ANSYS to optimize product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop engineering solutions.
• Review and approve design specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives.

Qualifications
