We are in search of a dynamic and innovative VP of Technology to play a pivotal role in our rapidly growing FinTech company. This is a permanent position in which the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our technological infrastructure, devising strategies to enhance systems, and ensuring the efficiency of all technology operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of Salesforce, data architecture, Azure, and team building, and will have a proven track record of leading technology teams in the Fintech industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology department, setting strategic direction and driving technological innovation to support business objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they align with business goals and industry trends.
• Manage and optimize our use of Salesforce, ensuring it is leveraged to its full potential to drive business growth.
• Develop and implement robust data architecture strategies, ensuring data is effectively managed, protected, and utilized.
• Utilize Azure to enhance our cloud capabilities, ensuring we stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team, implementing team building activities to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to align technology strategy with overall business objectives.
• Ensure all technology operations comply with industry regulations and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a plus.
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in a senior technology leadership role within the FinTech industry.
• Proven enterprise level expertise with Salesforce, including customization, integration, and administration.
• Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and developing high performing technology teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive technological innovation and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in the FinTech industry, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and transformation in a complex business environment.
