Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience coaching technical team members.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and CAD-based design processes.
• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five mechanical engineers and two designers.
• Establish project priorities, assign work, monitor progress, and help the team meet customer and production commitments.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide performance feedback, and complete annual performance reviews.
