Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the design of industrial control panel enclosures and mechanical systems in a high-stakes environment. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Electrical, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with UL standards.

The role requires deep mechanical design experience in industrial settings, leadership capabilities, and a focus on mentorship and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience mentoring engineers and designers is a plus.
• Experience with mission-critical enclosures or power distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of industrial control panel enclosures, skids, cabinets, and assemblies.
• Maintain and improve internal engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with PMs, Electrical Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing to meet schedules and scope.
