Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead design for modular systems, focusing on HVAC architecture and thermal solutions. You will develop models, drawings, specs, calculation packages, and test plans with strong configuration control and PLM accuracy.

You will plan multi-project activities, conduct design and safety reviews, and drive improvements in constructability and performance while collaborating with vendors and internal teams on RFQs and make-versus-buy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Mechanical design experience in manufacturing or industrial product development.
• Experience with HVAC, piping/fluid systems, sheet metal and Weldments, material selection.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD tools and GD&T/drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design for modular systems including HVAC architecture and thermal solutions.
• Develop engineering documentation and ensure PLM/PDM accuracy.
• Plan and manage engineering activities across projects and conduct design reviews.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on evaluations and buy decisions.
• Support manufacturing, testing, field activities, and drive corrective actions.
