Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and implementation of modular infrastructure solutions for Data Center, Utility, Fiber, and Telecom sectors.

You will oversee HVAC, piping, sheet metal fabrication, and dynamic analysis, guiding projects from concept through commissioning with hands-on manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 6–10 years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing or industrial product development.
• Strong background in HVAC, piping/fluid systems, sheet metal/weldments, dynamic analysis, and materials selection.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM/PDM systems.
• Hands-on validation testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and field support.

• Design Leadership — Lead mechanical design for modular products, including HVAC and piping.
• Documentation — Produce and approve models, drawings, specifications, and test plans; manage configuration control.

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and implementation of modular infrastructure solutions—including enclosures, skids, and factory-built assemblies—for the Data Center, Utility, Fiber, and Telecommunications sectors. This role provides technical leadership across HVAC, piping/fluid systems, sheet metal fabrication, dynamic analysis, materials, and controls integration. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with hands‑on manufacturing experience, driving projects from concept through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership — Lead mechanical design for modular products, including HVAC, airflow/thermal design, piping, and structural assemblies.
• Documentation — Produce and approve models, drawings, specifications, and test plans; maintain configuration control.
• Project Execution — Manage engineering workstreams, lead design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Manufacturing Support — Support fabrication, testing, and commissioning; resolve build issues and lead root‑cause investigations.
• Compliance & Safety — Apply relevant codes/standards, ensure safety and reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement.
