The role covers preconstruction through closeout, demanding budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, and client relationships with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Growth and advancement opportunities exist within a stable contractor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
