BRG Advisors in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating with clients, engineers, field leadership, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• Experience delivering large commercial, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, engineering, fabrication, and field operations.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams while maintaining client communication.
• Monitor costs, productivity, change orders, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, and industry partners.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support the development of future project leadership.
