Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead production assembly cell to meet daily demand and schedules.
• Train assembly team and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Assemble products using hand/power tools, fixtures, and test equipment.
• Track parts and report production using MES, Google apps, and Excel.
• Identify and drive lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update production metrics and coordinate with support teams.
• Complete lot acceptance activities and ensure proper documentation.
