Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Mechanics Supervisor to lead maintenance crews in keeping plant equipment and facilities at peak reliability. You will monitor activities, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with engineers and operations to meet internal and external commitments.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance, LOTO knowledge, and the ability to manage maintenance history in SAP.TWIC card is mandatory, and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics crews in maintaining all related plant equipment and facilities.
• Monitor maintenance activity and make adjustments to meet commitments to customers.
• Maintain safe working conditions and promote personnel safety.
• Coordinate maintenance work with engineers/planners/operations.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
