Qualifications

• Technical College or equivalent training in the equipment maintenance field.
• 5+ years of experience in the maintenance field.
• Understand and perform lockout tagout (LOTO).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and be on call as required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.
• Positive attitude, team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics crews in maintaining all related plant equipment and facilities.
• Monitor maintenance activity and adjust plans to meet commitments.
• Promote safe working conditions and personnel safety.
• Ensure compliance with Dyno Nobel HSEQ standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers, planners and operations staff.
• Support in developing training and evaluate technician performance.
• Maintain equipment maintenance history and SAP work orders.
• Repair and maintain plant piping, vessels, valves and rotating equipment.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance programs.
