Qualifications

• State Entry Qualifications and Agency Minimum Qualifications must be met.
• State Entry Qualifications include degree and two years of related experience.
• Agency Minimum Qualifications include three years of skilled repair experience and a CDL.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and supervise others.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and provide feedback.
• Commitment to customer service and safety.
• Desire to maintain high standards and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, diagnose, and repair engines, vehicles and mechanical equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate vehicles for proper operation after repairs.
• Perform purchasing and records maintenance tasks.
• Oversee dispatch of tractor-trailer operators for pickups and deliveries.
