The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with CMMS and reading blueprints/P&IDs. The position emphasizes safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, manuals and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily mechanical maintenance activities to support plant operations.
• Assign work to mechanics and maintenance personnel and ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Review and prioritize work orders based on reliability and needs.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain rotating and stationary equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, valves, gearboxes, boilers, turbines, fans, and related equipment.
• Assist with outages, overhauls, shutdowns, and major maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with Operations on isolation, LOTO, testing, and return-to-service.
