Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid FAA A&P certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a lead or similar position.
• Hands-on experience on piston engines and PT6A/TPE331 turboprop engines.
• Ability to assign daily work and improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities on assigned aircraft, while actively performing tasks.
• Assign tasks and priorities to technicians based on schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to crew.
• Ensure FAA regulations and company procedures are followed and documented.
