Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 5 years in general maintenance/construction and 1 year in lead duties; welding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate required.
• Five (5) years progressively responsible general maintenance/construction or related experience and required.
• One (1) year experience or training in the assigning and scheduling of work duties in a lead capacity and required.
• One (1) year welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs and repairs floor finishes and partitions and related fixtures.
• Evaluates, installs, and repairs roofing materials and related components.
• Serves as a lead worker and lays out work for self and crew.
• May assist with scheduling, assigning, and completing more complex work assignments.
