Job description

Position Type: Full-time (12 months) Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location: District-wide/Maintenance Shop

Qualifications

• Must have a strong mechanical background, be knowledgeable in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical problems and be well‑rounded in preventative maintenance.
• A high school diploma or equivalency and a training program is preferred
• Valid driver’s licence is required

Additional Information

Responsible for preventative maintenance of machinery, plumbing, maintaining interior and exterior building structures, familiar with general maintenance requirements. Performs upkeep and maintenance on district grounds, includes lawns, planting area, playgrounds, athletic fields and parking areas and basic rough and finish carpentry work.
