Qualifications

• 6 months' experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Process meat according to specifications: cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping.
• Ensure food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and inventory management.
• Leverage handheld technology to support production decisions and product quality.
• Maintain high standards of service and integrity while assisting members with purchases.
