Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Nebraska. This hybrid position allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month to support clinical oversight.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with families to promote meaningful progress while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or in progress in a related field; licensure or eligibility in Nebraska preferred.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
