Qualifications

• 1–3 years of dedicated MDS experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of CMS RAI guidelines and Medicare regulations.
• Strong understanding of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct timely and accurate completion of MDS and CAAs.
• Analyze Casper reports and monitor clinical triggers.
• Oversee development of individualized resident Care Plans.
