Job summary

System One seeks an experienced MBSE Engineer for a contract-to-hire role at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. This onsite position offers $170,000 annually and requires a current TS/SCI clearance with SCI access.

You will apply MBSE across the program lifecycle, provide expert engineering guidance, and support system design, integration, and technical documentation. You will collaborate with program teams, develop system-level requirements, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to risk management

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in a systems engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering theories, principles, and methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods to extend or modify theories.
• Provide expert advice to colleagues and agency officials responsible for program operations.
• Apply and support MBSE throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develop or collaborate in new standards, concepts, or theories.
• Prepare management reports and technical presentations.
• Ensure integration of all system components and external systems.
