Job summary

Saga Education in Largo, Florida is seeking a Lead Tutor to deliver high-dosage daily math tutoring to middle and high school students using Saga's curriculum. You will manage a small caseload, lead classroom activities, and serve as a site leader ensuring smooth program operations during school hours.

You are a current Saga Tutor or have at least one year of tutoring experience, proficient in Algebra I & II and Geometry, and able to work in person within the United States.

Qualifications

• Current Saga Tutor in good standing or 1 year tutoring experience with middle/high school students.
• Proficiency in high school math: Algebra I & II, Geometry.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily high-dosage math tutoring to an assigned caseload of students using Saga curriculum.
• Lead multiple class periods and facilitate small groups and independent practice.
• Monitor progress and use data-informed lesson planning to differentiate instruction.
• Lead on-site program operations and support site coverage when needed.
