Job summary

Mathnasium in the United States is seeking part-time Educators to lead, coach, and deliver individualized math instruction in a group setting after school and on weekends, following the Mathnasium Method.

You will assess student progress, communicate with parents, and support a safe, engaging learning environment while using provided curriculum and tools. Prior Mathnasium experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities.
• Previous Mathnasium work experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
