Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking educators to deliver individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method, in-center, online, or hybrid. You will lead and coach teams, assess progress, and communicate with parents while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through Algebra I.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
