Job summary

Workstream is hiring educators for its Mathnasium Learning Centers in Brighton, Michigan. This role offers part-time hours focused on transforming the lives of K-12 students through math instruction. Qualifications

• Must have passion for math and working with K-12th grade students.
• Previous Mathnasium work experience is preferred but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction.
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I

Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
