This role offers the opportunity to lead materials and process innovation across chemistry, materials science and engineering, driving research from experimentation through scale-up while working with glove-box and high-pressure hydrogen

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering from a top-ranked university.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in process development, particularly organic chemistry.
• Strong nanomaterials processing, optimization, and scale-up capabilities.
• MOF/reticular materials experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and scale processes for reticular materials
• Design tools, fixtures, and repeatable processing workflows
• Conduct sorption, PCT/PCI, kinetics, and cycle-life testing
• Operate glove-box and high-pressure hydrogen systems
• Support HAZOP/HAZID and laboratory safety initiatives
