Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical assembly and reading technical datasheets.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.
• Experience leading technical teams in a rapid manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of material characteristics, applications, and design selection.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate materials and processes based on program specifications and performance requirements.
• Collaborate in design elements, approve material usage, substrate finishes, adhesives, and build processes.
• Lead supplier material troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Contribute to analyses and documentation for alternate materials, obsolescence, and failure analyses.
