HellermannTyton North America is seeking a Lead Material System Technician to oversee the material handling department. You will train technicians, program and operate the Novatec system, and manage raw materials, moisture testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, material transactions, inventory control, and maintaining safety and EMS certifications, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficient production support.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing material handling experience, preferably in injection molding.
• Ability to perform basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Train Material System Techs in job responsibilities and safety.
• Program and operate material handling systems (Novatec) including blenders, dryers, hoppers, grinders.
• Read and verify work orders to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify raw materials and label correctly.
• Complete moisture tests and document results.
