Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting or Engineering.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly direct reports, including timekeeping and performance feedback.
• Supervision and coaching to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Escalate production risks to leadership.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects related to material management.
• Handle Inventory Accuracy, BOM Accuracy, Obsolescence, Master Data and Central Team Support.
