Responsibilities

Coordinates Material Handlers to ensure efficient use of time and attainment of production, quality, sanitation and customer service standards.
Confers with management to coordinate flow of product and ensure safety precautions are followed.
Enforces schedules and labor hours for daily assignments and reports on team performance.
Oversees a small team in designated warehouse area and ensures compliance with company policies and safety rules.
Participates in Kaizen activities to improve operations and efficiency.
