Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Material Handlers to ensure efficient use of time to meet production, quality, sanitation and customer service standards.
• Confers with management to coordinate flow of product and ensure safety precautions are followed.
• Enforces schedules and estimated labor hours for daily tasks.
• Reports compliance of teams to standards and initiatives.
• Participates in Kaizen activities to improve operation aspects.
• Oversees work of a small group of employees in the warehouse area.
• Performs duties of supervised workers when required.
