Job description

Schedule : 1st Shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM)

Pay Rate : $22.00 / hour

Education Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Supervise loading / unloading operations for incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficiency standards

Manage inventory tracking systems and maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities

Coordinate material handling team to meet production schedules and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner

Troubleshoot logistical challenges and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations

High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for inventory reconciliation

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively direct team members in a fast-paced environment

This position requires a safety-minded individual who works well with others in a team environment. Experience with inventory management systems is preferred but not required.
