Job summary

mbsolutionsinc in San Diego seeks a Material Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the EODESU ONE warehouse, supporting Navy TOA logistics and mission readiness. You will direct logistics management tasks, plan, coordinate, and evaluate actions, handle audits, asset tracking, and depot-level repair, and use DPAS/WAWF/3M and related systems.

Strong written and oral communication and data visualization are essential to manage complex supply chains under pressure.

Qualifications

• Expert in logistics management concepts and supply coordination.
• Proficient with DPAS, WAWF, OMMSNG, DRRS-S for reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Navy EOD mission areas and TOA guidance.
• Able to analyze data and improve processes under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse functions: issue, receipt, storage, shipment of TOA equipment.
• Lead inventory management and lifecycle sustainment for EODGRU ONE.
• Interface with Navy commands; ensure accurate DPAS data entry.
• Conduct warehouse audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Provide TOA SME input to ERBs for refresh and upgrades.
• Coordinate TOA items for Depot Level Repair and audit records.
